New Yarn Chest

Dear Page,
I decided I needed to get more organized about my stash and while your dad and I were shopping at Crate and Barrel we came across what I think is a nearly perfect place to store my yarn....
As you can imagine, it took me a while to collect the yarn stashed in various places around the house and get it bagged for storage. But I really like having it visible and in one place. I'd even forgotten some of the yarn until it was unearthed again.
Seeing it all makes me reconsider any new yarn purchases until I've made significant progress on the projects that I have planned and purchased for.

Love the new yarn storage! Beautiful and inspirational. I love my wool cabinet as you know but it doesn't have glass fronts so I have to open the doors to visit the stash, which I do frequently. I too am slightly overwhelmed by all the yarn I have accumulated but it won't go bad. Would love to cast on a bunch of new projects but haven't got the time. So instead, I'll admire your new set up and hope you are knitting a bit for us both!

Thanks, dear. I am knitting a bit but this being the start of the school year, it's not as much as I would like. I'm looking forward to a couple of days of knitting in Bryce this weekend.
